It’s not a scientific hypothesis, it’s a political one.
And it’s been tested in the courts.
Last month, the Australian High Court ruled that climate change was “a climate emergency”.
Now, the US Federal Government is taking steps to curb its effects.
On February 10, the Trump Administration announced the first step it would take to stop the spread of extreme weather events.
The president’s executive order will take effect on March 16, and the next day the National Weather Service (NWS) will release an updated forecast.
The change will mean that there is no more severe weather for the next six months.
The NWS predicts that the hottest days on record will be in February, March and April.
On the other hand, the hottest nights will be February and March, and there will be snow in some areas.
A few weeks ago, the NWS forecast for a high of 36C was considered a bit of a stretch, but now the outlook is more optimistic.
But the Nws’ forecast for the first few months of the year is likely to be a bit worse than what the Neds had forecast.
“The NWS is predicting more severe conditions than what was forecast before the president’s order was issued,” a spokesperson for the US Weather Bureau told the BBC.
“We are in the midst of a global climate change crisis.
Our predictions are changing based on our assessment of the current climate, the impact of our activities on it, and how quickly climate change will resolve.”
It’s difficult to get a sense of how the Nats climate forecast is likely and how much the impact will be.
The official National Weather service website is updated with climate forecasts.
On its website, the weather agency notes that the current warming trend in the atmosphere is not yet over, but says the warming trend is still expected to continue.
It also says the “current climate will not necessarily persist for another century”.
The Nws current forecast for February, with snow on the ground.
But what about the next month?
The US Weather bureau has said that if the temperature continues to rise above the historical average of around 5C, there will likely be a lot more snowfall in the next couple of weeks.
“There will be a large amount of snow in the winter months of February, May and June,” the Nys Weather Bureau said.
But this is also the time when the Nins are trying to plan for the impacts of climate change.
They are already seeing changes in the weather.
The National Weather Services is also forecasting more snow, with more snow on some parts of the country.
There will be an increase in flooding.
And in some places, the cold weather could even lead to more flooding.
The US National Weathers forecast for March, with less snow on snow-covered streets.
“Even though this is an extreme weather event, we will continue to work to protect life and property in the event of further extreme weather conditions,” the National weather service said.
The agency has been doing its best to prepare for the potential impacts of the climate change, and has prepared for it in the past.
On April 1, it released a series of reports on the risks posed by climate change in the US.
The first of these reports, entitled “The Importance of Adaptation”, warned that the effects of climate changes were “not yet understood, and are uncertain”.
This included how to adapt to changing conditions, the effects on food supply, how to deal with rising sea levels and the effects in terms of extreme events like tornadoes and flooding.
These types of impacts were already known to have an effect on human health.
So the first thing that the Nxs Climate Change Assessment team has done is to look at the risk that a global temperature increase of 2C could have on human survival.
“Given that the probability of the Earth being uninhabitable in the foreseeable future is 1.4 billion people, a temperature increase that exceeds 2C will likely have a profound effect on humanity,” the report said.
“Many of the factors that are currently causing the risk of extinction, climate change and other human-induced threats to biodiversity are already causing extreme human-related stress and distress.”
There are also some areas of the world where the impacts are already becoming more severe, like in Asia and Africa.
In the US, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) recently said that the Pacific Ocean is already showing signs of warming.
“Our estimates indicate that the warming of the Pacific has already led to substantial changes in water temperatures in many regions of the North Pacific, including the North American Pacific, and that there are substantial potential impacts to the region’s coastal marine ecosystems,” the agency said.
In Australia, the federal government announced on February 12 that it will cut its emissions by 40 per cent from 2005 levels by 2030.
But some environmental organisations have expressed concern about the cuts.
“This is an important step but there are a number of issues to consider, including whether this is a reasonable
